I have placed a deposit on a 2021 Asphalt Gray Chrome addition RT Limited. My question is this: Why does it take BRP so long to get the vehicles delivered to the dealers? When The dealer said that they had one scheduled for delivery in April, that was the end of March when they told me this. Every week the status is updated by BRP, stating, will be shipped on Monday of the beginning of the week and then middle of the week, it is pushed to the following Monday. Why is it so hard for them to get them crated up and shipped? Has anyone else had this frustrating experience? By the time it does get delivered, the Temps in Phoenix are going to be too hot to ride:-{ TIA for any info you might have!

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The evil empire owns almost all of the dealers in the area, and they aren't known for customer service. The only other group on the phx area are lightly incompetent.

They may be waiting for a scheduled run of that color. Or maybe the plastics supplier hasn't made a run of that color lately. BRP probably can mix colors and styles on the production line but I'm sure the maker of the tupperware cannot.

Well sometimes a Delay can be a 'Good Thing'. I'd try and be positive about that. Does your Dealer know what is going on at BRP? Maybe there is an issued happening. Good Luck on Your Mission. .......:thumbup:
