• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We rode to Death Valley, CA today with friends from the American Legion Riders. The scenery was spectacular and I should have used my GoPro but I didn't. this was one picture I had to share this one from Furnace Creek. Gas.jpg

OMG¡¡¡ Thats NOT photo shopped¿¿¿

Teddy & I haven't been ryde'n much in the past 2 months due to my back surgery & we just filled up for the 1st time at $4.10/gallon for premium & I was shell-shocked, but after seeing that, I guess I should count our blessings

We're paying about $4.10 also for premium in Las Vegas. There were some bikers from the LA area at this station and they were as shocked as we were. It is 50 miles from this station to the next one so you are stuck. It was $13.25 for a hamburger and fries at the restaurant there. I think I'll get a Reda can and take it when we go to California.

When I did my cross country trip last Summer, MIssissippi and a station in Pahrump, NV had the cheapest gas.
I'll be going throughout MS on the way to SpyderFest and will have some gas cans with me in case it cheaper in MS again? SC has cheaper gas too.

Yup, with the nearest gas station in Ridgecrest (west side of death valley) its supply and demand at that station. Most people who need it just buy a gallon or so, just enough to get out of the valley.
