• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Dealers ?????????

My part is in at the dealer, but he said I need to bring it in and leave it for three or four days. I looked in the manual and it said time to replace is 15 minutes. I asked him why I couldn't just bring it in and let him replace it, when he had time or give me an appointment to get it done. He said he had to go through the hold spyder. There is no door on it, whats this. I have to make four 100 mile trips for him to do a 15 minutes of work. Whats the deal here, are they charging BRP 3 days of labor for 15 minute of work. The dealer I got the :spyder2: from just says bring it in I'll get to it when I can. So I went to another in GA, and he is doing the same thing. Is there any dealer in the south that is just a little considerate about how far you have to drive to get something done on your :spyder2:. I do not need the dealer to replace the part I can do it my self. But he says BRP will not allow that. Why pay $900 dollars for warranty that doesn't work.:gaah: Is there some one I can contact about this. Customer service is joke.

The dealer I bought my Spyder from (30 miles) is known for being great on prices, terrible on service. Next dealer (44 miles) I thought was good on service but they went out of business. Third dealer (75 miles) has found numerous loose bolts/screws so may my second dealer wasn't as good in service as I thought. I like the tech (Ryan) at Hanover Motorsports a lot. Hope this is my last stop
