• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Dealer recommendations??

I'm looking hard for an RT. I live about halfway between Louisville, KY and Nashville, TN and there are no dealers "close", therefore I'm looking for dealers in Kentucky, Southern Indiana, Southern Illinois and Central Tennessee. Do any of you have any ideas or suggestions concerning any Can Am dealers within this area, specifically are there any you would recommend or, even more importantly, any you would avoid at all costs? Your help is VERY much appreciated. THANKS!!:helpsmilie:

I had a great experience at RT Sales in Zulu, IN (Ft. Wayne). I broke down and they towed me in and stayed 2 hours after closing to get me back on the road.

Dealers

Old Bear, look on the Kentucky/Tennessee link, it should have a list of dealers in your area.

Florence KY

Pleasant Valley Powersports in Florence KY is a dealer that I personally will not go back to & do not recommend them at all. They charge $108/hr for labor & they were, in my opinion, incompetent.

I'm now going to Middletown Cycle in Franklin Ohio. I wish you luck :congrats:

2010 RTs seem to be very scarce until the 2011s arrive, but I recently saw 2 new RT SE5s at a Tenn dealer that sure wanted to get them sold.
Send me a P/M if you want more info.

I have only been a Spyder owner for a few months, but have to say there is a big difference between picking a dealer off the list, and finding a dealer that will give outstanding service in every aspect.

After trying 2 dealers in mid-Tenn, I contacted a dealer in Ga, just off I75, north of Atlanta. What a difference!

Their price on initial & routine services are more reasonable than most, They schedule your service without delay, and they go out of their way to make sure you are a satisified customer in every respect.

On top of all that, they are not a dealer of a bunch of brands, They are solely a BRP dealer! They are located about 60 mi south of Chattanooga, just a few mi from I75 exit 290. The dealership is "Extreme Propulsion" at Cartersville, Ga.

Tell DK & Sharon that Jack sent you...
