• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have been dealing with a dealer for a while that is nowhere near me because I was getting great over the phone service on mailing out items needed and dealing fair with prices

yesterday I called up and the parts man was no longer there some new person was there

told them what I wanted and they gave me pricing that was way over what I was use to from them and he told me that was he BRP price

told him never mind ill go on ebay and buy lot lower and free shipping included so he modified his price and shipped free to me

Pitbull what the hell are you trying to run customers away with this guy

A call to Len is recommended before putting something like this up. I had good luck with them when I needed an oil change kit.

Sometimes, new personnel can be a problem, sometimes without the knowledge of the owner. I was one of the people who helped get such a person fired from my dealer. The owner was not aware of what was going on under the counter.

Pitbull is a sponsoring dealer here. Everything is always discounted. Give Len or Vanessa a call. Tom :spyder:

There you go...!!

look before you leap....as they say. Not many good dealership about and we can help them if we let them know things like this. You did get back to what your used to but the management should still know this is happening. Never had a problem with them....

Every business has a manager or owner, and every company is going to have new inexperienced employees from time to time. Tell this gentleman you feel you have a problem. If he can't solve your problem ask to talk to his supervisor, manager or owner. Now if after speaking to the higher up management you are still unhappy feel free to get on some online forum and start bashing away. I personally would have a hard time treating you as a respected customer by how you dealt with this.

I have always had great dealings with them and now this parts manager left a bad taste in my mouth I will call in and discuss him with Len
