• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

DEADWOOD/BLACKHILLS TRIP

Just got back from our first long maiden voyage on our RTL of about 2500 miles(11 days). Seen the sites, rode the parks and have to admit I'm starting to gain some faith with this machine. Averaged 35MPG while pulling a 250LB trailer plus passenger. Speeds between 60 and 75mph(except for Parks) and d/n burn/use a drop of oil for the entire trip. Tires seem to be holding up,have 6000 miles on the 14' and appear to be about half tread depth on rear and fronts not really showing much wear. Maybe there is hope for an ex-wing rider!!

Yes, on where are the pictures?

You picked one of my favorite areas to ryde and test out your new RT. Glad you liked it a lot.:yes:

 Glad you enjoyed your trip and I'm hoping your right about the tires..

RE: Tires on my 2014 RT

7300 miles on rear and looks like at least 10,000 miles worth of rubber. Hopefully more.

Fronts look very good and hoping for 15-20K on them.

I was in the Black Hills all last week. I am a new 2014 RT owner of three weeks, although we were there in a car. I saw probably 200 motorcycles, 100 traditional trikes, and 10 Spyders during the week.
