• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Dead Battery and everything locked open!

I have a 2012 RT. I had the trickle charger on it for some of the Winter but needed to take it off to put on my husband's Spyder. When we went to put the charger back on my Spyder we could not open the seat and trunk and frunk are locked open and battery is completely dead. Nothing when I try to turn it on. The reason why we needed the seat opened is so that we could put the real charger on it and not the trickle charger. Closest dealer is 2 1/2 hours away. We are new owners and new riders and are not mechanically inclined! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Sorry I don't get it, Locked open? The seat is opened by pushing down and turning the key, via a cable. No electricity is needed.

not quite sure what they mean by "locked Open" give us some more info and we can probably help better.

:agree: I don't get it either. You don't even need a battery installed to open the trunk or unlatch the seat. Put the key in push down and turn.
