I'd guess that it's an early version of the BMW Isetta 250, cos while it doesn't have the right hub-caps, it's got the bowl headlights bolted separately onto the sides of the body, not integrated in a fairing like the Italian/Spanish/French/Brazilian/Argentinean versions; and cos it's still got the bubble windows & not the sliding windows, so it's probably a 1955 model made some time that year but after April? :dontknow: BMW went to the sliding windows & then the 300 cc motor in 1956. But I am guessing on that one...
