There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

They are located on the backside of the South (back stretch) grandstands at GATE 60.
The best way to find them is to go west of the DIS properties to Williamson Boulevard get into the turn lane going South and get in to the the turn lane at the red light just around the curve in the road (Thames) that will put you heading back east it is a short ride to GATE 60
That is where I found them on Friday during setup Sunday they were the furthest ride away from the direction you came from if you went to Williamson Blvd and come in.
The main advantage to using Williamson Blvd is everyone is using the Midway Entrance and only those that know Williamson and Thames run into Midway use it so you have a whole lot less traffic to put up with.
