• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Dash flashing Spyder

Sounds reasonable.

Here is what the shutdown screen looks like.

If you have the trunk or either saddlebag unlatched, the dash will flash orange and give you a picture of the :spyder2:. It also shows the message "rear cargo open.
As a 1st time and brand new RT Limited owner, I learned about this warning yesterday. I thought I had the RUNK closed before I left on my trip from Indianapolis to Columbus, IN.

An UPDATE: because I was curious.

I note the following on my RT's.

When you first turn on the key--prior to boot up--the WORD "Can-Am" shows up in the middle of the dash.

When you shut the :spyder2: OFF, as the shut down progresses, the last thing you will see on the dash is the WORD "Spyder."

I am guessing the incident at the gas station where the word Spyder was seen, was just a coincidence. The shut down was not complete, and the gas fill caught up with the whole situation. Closing/Opening the gas cap did not really cause the :ani29: to burp and throw an alarm.
