Damn It!! Leather-like hand grips & hand brake don't mix!

I was following the wife on her Ryker and we pulled up at a T Junction she starts to take off as there was a break in the traffic with me following then immediately stops and tail ended her Ryker :banghead: and damaged my grill and got bruised ears through the Intercom, no damage to the Ryker. All have to say is my fault I should have known better :banghead:, I found out as much as I love Lamonster Leather-Like Grips they are not suitable for the Handbrake Kit as it reduced the travel of the Handbrake yes I could adjust it but my hand is only so big, so for safety I took them off and just pray if future if the Person in front whoever they may be if you are going to go commit to going not start stop.

And as annoying as this may be, it sounds like you luckily got away without too much damage too. :thumbup:

Ps: You might want to consider IKON Shocks out of Albury for your Spyder in that Whish List of yours, maybe even for the Wife's Ryker too. Nicer price & Ozzie made (well, as much as anything is Ozzie made these days! )
