• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cruise control stopped working

Stopped working or won’t set? It does have minimum requirements of speed & rpms before will set.

Make sure the brake is releasing all the way. Brake lights need to be off. Cruise will not set until you are doing about 25. Check to make sure you are not in trailer mode.

2020 RT? Anything else not work, like horn? Look at pg 145-146 of your operator's guide and check fuse #5 in Right fuse box and fuse #2 in Right JCase fuse box. Best approach, see the dealership; it's warranty work.

My 2014 RT used to do that any time it was in for service and put on the BUDS software. It would take about 300 miles before it would work again. Not sure what caused it, and never read about it happening to anyone else. But for my first 3 services, that was the case. But since it is new, I would just take it into the dealer. Good luck.

I had this problem since I got the trailer harness installed ( factory harness and dealer installation) I finally figured out that it was rain water collecting I the trailer plug. I added dielectric grease and it stopped the problem.

That was thinking outside the box. :2thumbs:

It took a long time to diagnose because it would only happen in the rain, and mostly when the trailer was attached. But to break all that down took 2 years.....

It's like going to the dentist with a toothache. Once you sit in the chair, you can't tell which tooth is hurting.

Hmmmmmm.....just got used 2020 RTL... 1k miles on it and was trying to set cruise control just today... Didn't work. Figured I was doing something stupid. I need to take a closer look.
