• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I met a Spyder rider who was riding a SE5 with only a left arm. It seemed to work out o.k., but I don't know about the throttle.

I wish I could help you out on some type of idea, all I can tell you is that if you need any type of help let me know and I'm there brother.. Sorry I can't give you any feedback on this one..

thanks guys the foot throttle would work great, but have to try to find something that is a kit style or something along thos lines to make it work for us....liability thing:gaah:

Thanks Don, I think the snowmobile left hand throttle will be the best for this guy! thanks for the help everyone!:2thumbs::2thumbs::2thumbs:

This could be about the only option but, (you know I have to throw in a but) could get very tied-some during a long distance ride.. Is there a reason why you couldn't hook up a regular TWISTER type throttle on the left instead of the right? If he plans on a SE this should work, I'm thinking off the top of my head you may have to relocate the paddle shifter.. Interesting to see what you come up with on this one if he decides to go forward with the deal.. Interesting for sure..

You might check out throttlesense or somebody that makes left hand throttles for snowmobiles. They are made for riding mountains so you can hang off the side like this.
