• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Friends and family, Your all invited to are monthly store ryde this saturday August 7th meeting at Cowtown usa Cuba mo at around noon for a barbque and then off a ryde to the famous Johnsons shut ends...bring your swiming stuff if you want and Gene and Molee......you have to bring your floatys :roflblack:! No woories guys We will hopefully have the eagal I scouter Joe with us to keep a keen eye out! any way looking forward to great day with lots of food and good friends!....and we will be stopping for some icecream some where along the way! In honor of the queen!!:2thumbs:

I'm gonna have to stop by the Wal-Marts and get a new set of Arm Float devices,, (Gene I will pick up a pair for you as well) for some reason I can't find my old ones,, I will scout for you all as well so don't be surprise if at one point and time you hear the famous words like "What do you call that"?? Lets not go there.. As always looking forward to it.. I'm "All In" with float devices..

Cowtown Ryde

WHERE'S THE ICE CREAM!!!!!!!!!!!??????????:2thumbs::2thumbs: I could bring some for lunch. :yes: I'll get some from WalMart when I get the floation stuff for all those who can't swim or have to have their drinks in the floating chair. ;):roflblack: ya think??? OK I AM IN FOR THE RIDE

Saturday is a busy day at Johnson shut-ins------lots of swimmers.
Lots of sun bathers trying to maximize their tan area by taking off sun blocking clothing.
I believe I will bring a cloths line so that we can dry our bathing suits .
Plus while they are drying I can take pictures of the geological wonders.

I'm looking forward to Saturday, too. Cowtown guys are going to do a service on my bike so it'll be in top form by the time we take off! Glad that Scouter Joe will be along....never know what might be lurking in those waters! Since I have to get up in the early morning hours to get in to Cuba for my service I plan on having a little nap while Gene documents the geological wonders.
 
No ryde for us this time. :(

My mom is coming in tomorrow from Germany (she is staying for 3-weeks) :2thumbs:

It may be alittle warm but should be a good time! we will grile outside but were eating inside for sure!!! Can't wait for the ryde should be a fun trip!! Then I leave for Sturguis the next morning doing a film shoot with full throttle magazine about the ryde up on spyders to sturguis! gooing to be a great weekend!:2thumbs:

I agree with Joe looking forward to seeing you and all the otheres.....promise we will do our best to keep Spyder Gene on his best behavor lol but that would be like trying to control the tide....you just got to role with lol
 
Hummmm.... Jest wonder if spyder is ready for the week-end.. Would have to leave Friday AM to be on time.
Hummm Spyder maybe ready but Forrest's body is not so I guesss Forrest will have to pass this one.

The Invitations is still good. food is free but the bed is expensive and you have to sleep alone. Of course you can bring your wife and she is most welcome.

Don't you believe it Forrest - Gene's just jealous of that hat. It makes you look jaunty and lends an air of mystery. We will miss you as that means one less person to take a turn trying to keep Gene in line :doorag:. That MO group sure knows how to make someone feel welcome, though, don't they?

Looks like I could have a passenger along with me, and its not my wife.. One of my buddies wife would like to visit Johnsons Shut'ins so it looks as though she will be on the back of the spyder,, so its me plus one for right now.. As for the B B que,, look her my buddy Len, its gonna have to be kind of fast one to get on the road, yah know what i mean? Also I agree with you Gene, its gonna be packed and probably will have to wait in line to get in the swimming area.. Reminder, Don't forget your Swimming suits and also this is a MUST from what I understand,, A good set of Water shoes or good Flip Flops.. Gotta get back to work now.. See ya all tomorrow..

Can't wait to see everyone agin iys going to be fun! it always is with you guys. There are several comming this time either way we always have fun....Ryde with you guys for the day then head off to sturgis the next....going t get alot of seat time.......might have to put up one of thos state maps, and try to keeep up with you guys.........na i'd lose! see ya all soon!
