• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Could this be adapted to the Spyders???

i'd like to see someone come out with a "cooling" seat. they make heated seats. there's enuff heat to go around radiating off these things.

:agree: we had the way larger units at work and you would have to run cold water thru them to make it worth using. Other than that warm humid air would blow on you.

I dont think that would work at all on a bike. You be better off using a spray bottle and spray water on you to cool off.

Redneck engineering  could back pack it with a ducted jacket of sorts (jacket would need internal supports to keep off body for air flow), power from a 12VDC inverter. U may end up looking like a sumo wrestler :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:but :dontknow: could be done:thumbup: worth doing?:lecturef_smilie: Na not when you could just

You would be better off turning your shirt into an evaporative cooler by spraying it with water. Just keep a spray bottle with water in your trunk. Use as needed.

I bought a double insulated water bottle from Dick's Sporting Goods. It has a drinking spout and also a sprayer. Fits nicely in my handlebar drink holder. Plan is to use it to spray body and neck while riding. Cost 10 bucks so not a huge investment for a little cooling experiment.....

Here, this would be better and it's already commercially available.
