• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Corbin Heated Seat (HELP!)

photo 2.JPGphoto 1.JPG Asking for help with connecting my Heated Corbin seat to my 2012 RT LTD. The pics are of the connection attached to the seat that's currently on my bike. I've e-mailed Corbin asking for help. Still waiting for an answer with today being a week. I've read previously posted treads from them past that seamed pretty promising. Contacted Honda of Toledo (via e-mail) like the Spyder owner did, and tomorrow will be a week with no response. Hoping someone that's more mechanically inclined than I am might be able to give some guidance on how to complete this project. Any step by step info and or parts needed will be greatly appreciated! My last resort take it to the dealer hear in Denver.

I have a Corbin seat with the seat heaters. Included with the seat were instructions for the connection for the seat heaters. It connects in the front fuse panel. Go to the Corbin website and look for the installation instructions or give them a call.

There is a section devoted to heater installation in the instructions. Scroll down once in this link.

The parts list indicates a wire harness and fuse adapter. Might research that and see if you need to oreder them or can fabricate them. Those part numbers are listed at the top of the link.

Thanks! This is useful information. Thanks for taking time to share this with me. My best wishes are with you.

I wired to a 12v accessory male plug and plugged it into the rear trunk accessory socket.

No touchie stock wiring system and it works great, if I sell the bike, nothing to do to remove the seat for next bike.

Hey Woodsrider, that's a great idea! Can you post pics and or how to do list! I'd appreciate it! That could save me some bucks!
