I don't recall seeing any mention of this on here. Got mine a couple days ago and so far so good. Tomorrow and Saturday should tell for sure since it is supposed to be pretty hot n sunny here in Florida. I'll post another review after a couple hot days.

Brian (owner?) is a great guy and he even sent me 2 different sizes to make sure of the right size. Large fits over the seat and the side handles just fine. The XL fits over the seat and BRP backrest in the full back position.

Check it out and tell Brian Tom from Florida sent you. He said he was willing to do a group discount but I didn't get any details.

BTW it is waterproof as well. :thumbup:

Hot Butt

Looks good, the black saddle in the 96 degree Florida sun got my attention yesterday. Looks like it will take the dual XL.

That does sound nice. I was going to get a rain cover from Russell with my custom 'Day Long' saddle but I may try one of these instead.

:thumbup: Had the chance to put it to the test today and it passed with flying colors. I covered half the seat during lunch (30 mins in the sun) and the difference between the 2 sides was amazing. I had a few of my buddies touch the seat to feel the difference. Under the coolass the seat actually felt cool and the other half seemed like it was about to melt.

Funny thing it had also rained later in the day and the seat was nice and dry when I got out of work. :thumbup:

BTW I noticed today the smaller of the 2 has an "M" on it making me think they sent me a medium versus large. The second is an XL which fits over the backrest as well. I like the look of the medium as it looks almost custom for the Spyder seat.

Thanks for the report. The XL must be huge as the Spyder has a very large seat. No one in town has heard of them so guess mail-order is the only choice.

Correction: They have 3 sizes mine are medium and large. The sizing is a bit confusing (DS Dual Saddle= Medium, DSXL Dual Saddle X-Large=Large). The large fits over the seat and BRP backrest as well.
