Bought a 2011 RT. Thought the seat was going to be heated but it is not. Also found that the wife's radio controls are not working. Is this normal. I would hate to do the unmanly thing and break out the manual when i have this site to refer to.

What does a heated seat cost? Radio controls control nothing when she is sitting on it.

Do you the RT A&C? If so there is no control for the passenger to change volume or change songs on Ipod or Iphone. A control switch can be purchased and installed(pry off cover near rear grip and wire harness is below it, plug into control switch, push new switch into place). Corbin and Ultimate are 2 of many custom seat makers that offer a heated seat option on a new seat.

Rear radio controls only allow the passenger to change stations, not volume. The volume controls only work for the passenger when the optional CB/Comm system is installed, to adjust volume in the passenger's headset. The rear heat control is for the handgrips, not the seat. It has two levels (plus "OFF").

Corbin makes a pretty good heated seat with lots of other features. I beleive that Utopia also makes a heated option.

I don't believe Utopia makes saddles, just driver's backrests.
