• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Controlling volume of rear speakers while listening to the radio

Bob,, your comments are offensive!!! This thread has talked about rear speaker volume as well as user friendly audio hardware and connectivity to other media sources... Seriously read all the posts and then you can apologize like you should.. Your historical urge to comment on almost every thread must leave you little time to actually read all the comments before taking the time to tell people what they should be driving!! The audio controls and subsequent interface / or not,,, mostly not ,,,have been the topic of many threads and getting some attention from BRP wouldn't hurt... If you are happy with the way your audio works / Great!!! Many of us are not and if this is an open forum,,,, It is right??? Then it's fair game to discuss what we feel can be improved without getting chastised for it....

I fully agree and while I may be a newbie here I can recognize a forum know it all bully when I read one. nojoke

Have a great day riding! :D
No bullying of ANY form was intended; it's simply a case of ignorance on my part...
Why is there so much importance afforded to connectivity? :dontknow:
Am I the only rider who gets on a bike to be dis-connected from everything but the road and the ride? :D

I can hear the Zumo when it wants me to turn; although my radio is normally set about as high as I can crank it... :opps:
We argue about her choice of routes all of the time, and that's about as much connectivity as I can take.
Although the Missus and I do have a Scalarider setup so that she doesn't have to slap the back of my head quite so much anymore! :roflblack:

I read all the posts Bob and like I said , this thread went in a few directions.. You have a pattern w most of your posts,,, just because you don't understand or agree doesn't make our position invalid...

Usually I'm not... :D
But it's easy to grow tired, when folks can't seem to find enough new things to worry about...
For $30,000; you can actually get a Mercedes with more connectivity than even the NSA needs...
Maybe some folks just shopped a the wrong dealerships. :dontknow:

Why should you worry about what people worry about? BTW, it isn't worrying, I was looking for advice as a new user. With comments like yours......there won't be too many new members, you'll chase them away as a GRUMPY old goat I presume, with nothing better to do than criticize and foist his opinions on others. If you can't be positive, don't reply.

Please do not reply to any of my posts....I do not appreciate sarcasm, nor cynicism. Keep it to yourself.

BTW, I have a $105,000 Mercedes, and it does meet all of my needs.
