i just wrote a long letter with my case number to [email protected] and asked if they could help. i also added treads from steve m and a few of the treads about heat from other people along with this site info so they could look for them selves. if anybody else wants to write to them about their problem i think it would be a good idea because the more they read the more attention we can get. so i started the complaint against brp and i hope others will follow to see if we can get help

Just wondering if I missed something in the last 24 hours? Thought your :spyder2: was in the shop being fixed again. Do not remember if they "got it right" this time. If that is the case--your current campaign might be a bit early. Sorry--Just wondering out loud.

all they did was replace the canister and the band aid heat fix, it's still hot as hell . so i started this writing thing now to put a flame under their ass

2013 heat band-aid

It should not take a degree in automotive engineering to realize the brake master cylinder recall was only a patch. BRP did not state that it was a fix for the cause, which was heat, that it was a fix and possible fix to prevent future heat related damage.

The Class Action Lawsuit will only serve to make the "suits" wealthy and it will be years before anyone sees any if anything $$.$$ related to TCAL. I still say use "paper" it requires bodies to handle it and paper gets noticed by the department heads as it stacks up in the CEO's in box.

Good luck to the 2013 owner/operators but remember you get more with honey then vinegar.

Instead of a class action lawsuit, How about a YouTube video? Perhaps entitled "Can Am Spyder Heat Problems". The higher the quality, the better and the more credible. Video of the digital thermometers, the sound of boiling gas, perhaps some red skin from burns, etc.
