• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Consumer Reports - Vredestein Quatrac 5 tire

BLUEKNIGHT911

Sadly Passed Oct 2024 - RIP
I just discovered C. R. did extensive testing of the Quatrac 5 , since I am not a member I can't see the entire test report .... but what I did see ...They liked it a lot :clap::clap::clap:...……...Mike :ohyea:

Ordering a set next week, when what do I see behind the batter at a Cleveland Indians game?
A large banner advertising KENDA tires!
What to do, what to do? .....NOT!

And for the Quatrac.

This is all well and good ….. But the Vorti doesn't come in any sizes to fit any Spyders …. I can show you many, many tires that are better than the Quatrac 5 , but if they don't fit the Spyder what's the point in recommending them ????? , or are you making a point I'm not understanding !!!.... Mike :ohyea:

No particular point being made. I didn't scan the tire size lists. Since you said you don't subscribe to CR I thought I'd just present the information directly from their site as is. I did find it a bit interesting that a couple of tires you've recommended in the past, the General and Michelin, rate better than the Vredestein, but again, I didn't check the size availability.
