• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Compressor

Sorry I hijacked the other thread. It started getting confused as to keeping it straight. So I will start this again.

Went to ride Saturday and when I got on the bike I heard a big clunk from the back. looked around and saw nothing.
I went to start it and the battery was dead, so I figured maybe the clunk was the bike bottoming out since the compressor could not work without power.
got back from my ride and I heard the compressor cycling. Went out later that night and it was cycling again.
I removed the suspension relay so I would not burn up the compressor.
long story short, where do I start looking for the problem? anybody else have or had this problem?
I'm assuming it's a leak or the sensor based on an earlier thread of mine.

update:
I checked the pressure on Sunday morning and I had 27 P.S.I. Bike was in the air
I checked the Pressure Sunday night it had 26 P.S.I. Bike still in the air.
Which led me to think that it was not an air leak.
Tuesday at 12 I checked the air and it is at 0. bike on the ground
maybe I have a leak.
I aired it up to 68 P.S.I and will check it in an hour

 This sounds a bit more like a, "Time to let the dealer take a peek" situation...
Sorry!

Good Luck; please let us inow what you find out about it!

I don't trust my dealer. a couple of days after I bought the bike I noticed that the R/H side was missing 2 covers.
They had done the 600 mile service just before I bought it. I called them thinking that possibly they left them off when they put the bike back together.
They told me that they would look for it and call me.
The covers that I'm talking about are the ones that never came with the bike. They should have known that.

The saga continues.
I jumped up and down on the rear pegs and I had a lot of resistance and no bouncing after I jumped off.
I removed the air and the bike must have lowered at least 6". Did it again and still no bouncing after I jumped off.
Which leads me to believe that the shock is good and since that I did not loose air, I don't have a leak.
I'm starting to think that maybe it was working normal and I just never heard it before.
I'm going to put it back together and see if it continues

I rode the bike last night and I heard the compressor again.
I'm thinking that the compressor is going bad and that's why I can hear it now.
How loud is your compressor?
