• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Clutch break down

Hi guys I just had my clutch doing the wrong thing .it would not engage properly all the time, when engaged I could not make it slip even towing the trailer .when you stopped at lights or for any other reason you would let the clutch out but it would not in gauge .after about 2,000k this fixed itself and is now working fine but not knowing if it can happen again I would like to replace it with a good aftermarket clutch . So could anyone please let me know if there is a good aftermarket clutch available for a 2010 RT manual and would like to know the best available .hoping someone can help.john.

Clutch

That is what happen to mine.Check the mirco switch on your clutch lever the arm had broke and wedge in the lever. Some times it would slip other times worked perfect.

Barnett...

makes great clutches. But I would first find out why you are having this problem. If in fact it is the clutch then go for it. When mine finally goes I will go with the barnett clutch...

Clutch brake down

Thanks for that guys I will check on the leaver tomorrow because it's midnight here and Barnett is the only aftermarket manufacturer I can find so far that makes one for a spider, and a mate over here has just fitted one to his 2010 RT limited Manuel and he is a very happy boy.

mine acted up and was just crud in the pivot not allowing it to fully engage. cleaned and lubed ... no problem since. btw, in am NOT a believer in WD-40 for this type of work ... take apart, clean, then lube,

Thanks for the info guys I will check it all and I have not changed the fluid in the line yet .i do wish to put a good aftermarket clutch in though so I will replace the whole thing and fluid.one of my mates over here has put a barnet clutch in and said it gave him better control on his leaver than he has ever had ,it starts to engage mid way instead of right at the end of the travel. I've never had that even from new and barnet seems to be the only one available .
