Clear Plastic wind deflector

I have a '13 ST and live in central Florida. Along with changing out the side panels, this past weekend I took off one of the clear wind deflectors that are attached adjacent to the forward blinkers. It seems like there was more airflow around my arms and chest so I'm going to remove the other one. It took all of 2 min to do. I can't see as it will affect any intake issues asthey are aft of the air scoops.
I'll take all the additional airflow to my body I can get to cool me down.

They may work but they look awful. I could never do that to our spyders.

You mean these things? One problem, I don't think they'll work with the new 2014 panels.
