• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cleaning the "chrome" pieces on the RT.

Hey all! Just wondering what you use to clean/protect your "chrome" pieces? I am going to detail my bike later today and want to start off in the right foot. Are you waxing them? I have Plexus, should I just use that? Opinions needed...

I have used Honda Cleaner/Polish for years - I clean my windshield with dish soap and water, and saddle soap for my Corbin seat, but use the cleaner for everything else. No water touches my Spyder by choice (wet road occasionally cause grief), so, no water spots.

I just use whatever wax or synthetic polish I use for the painted surface. It shines up nice and protects.

In Australia I use a produst called Mister Sheen, been around for years and is cheap, great on helmet visors, Spyder screen, paintwork and chrome.

Dry n Wash

I have been using this product for over 10 years. Had a BMW 635 CSI in black never washed car!! Only used this product! Use on all parts of our Spyder, windsheild, paint, chrome nothing I have tried even comes close. Easy on and easier off!! made by "Enviro Tech International" Las Vegas, NV...
