• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cleaning my brand new baby!!!

I like the Turtle Wax Ice products. Don't use anything alkaline (like ammonia) or abrasive on the windshield.

A good hand wash, your favourite automotive wax, armour all etc. Just take care of dash area when washing (electronics) I am sure there will be vary opinions on this subject:thumbup: but I just detail it as I do my other vehicles. I just take care with the water in certain areas!

Have to agree..!!

After a good washing , I use Plexus , on everything plastic, chrome and painted surfaces. Anyone who doesn't recommend it hasn't tried it... It is amazing.

:agree: ryding here is pretty clean, little rain and no other harsh weather other than heat. We just blow off the dust and clean polish with plexus....you have to try it to see...!! :ohyea:

Griot's

During the Owners Event someone gave me a demo of the Griot's waterless cleaner. It removed the bugs better than anything I had tried and left a nice shiny finish on the plastic. Amazon has a good price on it.

I use Plexus also but it is pretty pricey so I only use it for the windscreen & lights.

Turtle wax Ice! It can be applied to the black plastic parts and not leave any wax residue and it leaves a shine on these parts as well.

I used Turtle Wax Carnuba (liquid bottle). Worked great for me. I got use to using that stuff on my boat after trying all kinds of other waxes.
