• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Chip in nose

You try to have nice things when somebody in a truck bounces a rock at you. Now I have a chip about a inch long in the lower nose. Are these fiberglass, ABS plastic or something else? I know someone on here must have had to do this before. What did you use and how did you do it? Please.

Try Plastex. You can order it online. You can also order paint online but I can't remember where I ordered that from. You might try searching on paint. Good luck

I think (?) the body panels on the Spyders are all ABS plastic...except the hood and lower fascia I think (?) are Fiberglas, I though I saw fibers on the backs of those panels?

Depends..!

on how deep. In many cases I have been able to fill in with repeated paint coats. Otherwise plastic bondo also works for deeper chips. Sanding pre/post paint and clear coat. The best is spray paint so to blend better...
