Looks like it could be a fun project. Heck, you might be able to get one of the new engines from the Chinese Spiders for around $40 or so! Best of luck getting it running again.

If it is one of the "Clymer Indians" it's from China and was badged as an Indian 'cause Clymer claimed ownership of the name.

Taiwanese knock off, much better quality then from Mainland China.

I had one and a half of these when I was in school. Bought them from a guy who chopped one up to get more travel on the swingarm. Had the other one as a parts supply. It was a fun lil bike!!!!
