• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Weather has cooled.
Will ride as long as i can. This is what i call 2-3 bar riding weather.
Being it will not get up to where the fan will run is there different procedure for checking oil :dontknow:

CAN MOVE SOUTH :roflblack:

Move...

long drive just to check oil...:roflblack::roflblack: fan does not have to come on. If you prefer you can run it stationary for about 10 min and it will get hot enough. If not ryding I will start her up, and if in the garage, it will hit five bars and fan on in about 10min. I don't wait once the guage registers two to three bars I take the measurement.

Have you tried ?

Have you ever tried to check your oil simply sitting there, just to see how this relates to the final oil level after it's warm ? I realize that this is not the recommended way to check the oil. Yes, I can and did read the manual.
