There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Checking for rear speakers.

2010 Spyder RS new to me, and I can use the fader control for front/back volume, but I have no volume from the rear speakers. How can I check if I even HAVE rear speakers? Don't want to go ripping panels off willy-nilly. Any tips?

Speaker grills should look something like this (but I don't know about your particular bike, so taking a pic would be helpful)

Looks like mine. They pry right off, huh? Then the question is: why aint they working? I love tinkering with the Spyder.

That's a different issue. Now we know your bike was wired for speakers and where they're located. There is most likely a disconnected wire somewhere between the power amp, the fader switch (or is it electronic?) and the speakers themselves.

That Rt speakers OP said 2010RS ; any & all GS,RS,ST did not offer rear speakers *that I know of*. Aftermarket sure 57294C25-C18E-4E9F-A3E9-A6DE01B27488.jpg:popcorn::thumbup: reall not sure what had sound systems at all -limiteds should have:dontknow: kept mixing up options & offers.

His profile says RT, and there's picture of a blue RT. Thinking RS was a typo.

Tuscon, Looking back through this forum, the 2010 RT A/C model had an AM/FM radio but only had front speakers. However, it DID have the rear grills since those body parts were common to all models. And it follows that the Fader control would have shown up in the Preferences, also, as the software would have been common.

So, it goes back to a little detective work. A bright light and a sharp look though those little holes will enable you to see if there are any speakers in there. Or, pull off one of the rear speaker pods.
