• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Check Transmission Alert

Has anyone had issues with the check transmission display and orange screen. Happened 5 times this week while biking in the Smokey mountains. This was the first time the bike had been driven in these mountainess conditions. Dealers had no clue so far without inspection. My bike is a 2012 RT-S with 2500 miles. Thanks

Bad codes?

I have had the similar happen to us. Since 4 June 2014 we have had this happen 8 times. Wait for about 5 minutes and then start up and ryde home. Have called to set up an appointment with dealer, but they are too busy servicing two wheeled motorcycles. Still don't know what the problem is.:banghead::banghead:

:welcome: Sorry to see that your first post is about issues with the spyder. First line of defense is to check the oil level. Low oil will cause the warnings that you mentioned. A low battery will do the same.

Hope you do not have to take a trip to the dealer for a fix.

Thanks, Have an appointment for this week. It could be oil related as it appeared to me the oil was above the dipstik level. Had the dealer change my oil before my trip, now a problem?? makes you wonder.
Also found out from other forums, could be a shifter sensor or gearbox may need resetting.
Hope this can be found as bike ran perfect for a year.
