• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Here is a great little item that will save you the cost of buying a new key
because you lost it out of that little thingy they come with.
They come in a single unit for $8.95 and the 2 pack Black are $17.50

Do they come in different colors?

They make it hard to push the key in when opening the frunk lid or lifting the seat.
If you have that problem " not everyone has the trouble you describe" just take a nail file or other file and take a little of the
plastic off the bottom so it will go in farther, easy only takes a second.

you know if you are really careful you can drill a small hole in the top of the key in the gray area so you can put a ring thru it, the chip is in the black part of the key.

I have done it for my past 3 Spyder's and not on my new one as well.

YES you can, I have even done that, however... this is a safe way to be able to put your key on a key ring and not destroy the
electronic chip in the $200 key

Or....... here's another option:Spyder Key2.jpgSpyder Key Ring.jpg

Why waste time and possibly destroy your key..Two for less than $20.00 for Daves option? For me it’s a no brainer. I had bought them from Dave a couple of years ago, and never looked back. Or is it that you have too much time on your hands, don’t want to go for a ride, have already detailed your bike, don’t want to get it dirty, really really don’t want to ride but need something to do?
