• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

cheap backrest for Comfort Seat on RT ?

Doesn't have enough dimensions to satisfy me if I was in need of one. Don't see any mention of compatibility with Comfort Seat. Doesn't look like back support would be anywhere near comfortable as BRP backrest for Comfort Seat. You get what you pay for.

As you investigate I suggest you look for a backrest that adjusts up/down and forward/back, and does so in ways other than just a tilt.

Well this really isn't so ….. I built and sold quite a few backrests ( using Utopia and others Pads ) and my custom made base bracket ….. I found that no one wanted the backrest pad any higher than at seat Edge height, because if it was higher, the top edge would rest against parts of your back that actually made it un-comfortable.... the backrest really can't be moved backwards because ot the shape of the BRP seat …… Being able to tilt the pad is really good …. I found if I shimmed the bottom of the pad against the support bar , I could achieve a nice amount of Lumbar support …. and it could be varied by the thickness of the Shim ……. Mike :ohyea:
