Changing break pads by myself -help

Hi guys.. again one of my questions please. I do need to change break pads every 8-10.000km on my F3 s coz i do ride agresively. But its starting to be anoying to go to dealer all the time, coz i ride a lot.

My question is, what is the break pad service number or the number via i can order them. I have lost manual so i am not sure.

Second question is towards instalation. I do need to remowe wheel. I am not sure if the name in EN is correct, but we call it "momentum" strength to use when placing back the bolts.
Does anyone know this presure that are aplied to bolts on wheels and more important on Break pads bolts for F3.
Any help is more then welcome

check EBC V-groove replacement pads. Better braking power pads, and no noise. Bolt torque specs is as per bolt grade, BUT make sure to use locktite on the tread.
