• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cb for ST Limited???

I'm looking at getting ST Limited and I'm curious about whether the RT CB will work in it or what other options are there?

Also is the Bluetooth dongle to be used with a Bluetooth headset?

Thx

Plus a few smaller bikes to start with.

Does the ST switchpod on the left-hand side have the PTT button on it?
If it does; then I'd say that you're good to go for the CB.

I do not think it will work ... I am looking at the J&M CB but you need to make/find a mounting bracket to make it work

there is a NEW model from J&M which is just coming out (so wait) ... its not cheap but its water proof has an optional bluetooth adapter and audio IN plug as well. you can get a single or a rider/passenger model. not as clean looking as an RTS install but better then other options I have looked at

right now I use a Midland portable CB cliped to my belt and a handsfree helmet headset with a push to talk button ... works great, cheap but not waterproof and not pretty.

I have a J&M CB on my ST...that I used on my 2009 RS...the RT CB will not work...unless things have changed since March 2013...J&M is coming out with a new Bluetooth unit...check their website.....I would wait for the new unit....you can remove the audio antenna by laying wire around under the seat.....I purchased a Butler drink holder and used the back bolts to mount the CB resize1.jpg
