Cave City, KY - Watermill restaurant for lunch today, let's meet!

It looks like the weather will be kind to us today, so after a morning stretch class, the wife and I will be taking the back roads south down to Cave City for lunch at the Watermill restaurant. Their address is 804 Mammoth Cave Rd A, Cave City, KY 42127

Our sister-in-law mentioned the other day she enjoyed the food there and so we thought, why not.

I'm thinking we should be there around 1 CST today, if you're interested....

Good safe ride there and back with decent weather! We both did the salad bar and really enjoyed it.

We didn't take any pictures to record it... The food was good! You can order from the menu, but the buffet looked good. I couldn't remember back when I last ate some ice cream out of a small tub like we had back in school! We've been back a couple more times as it's a decent ride to get there.

What kinds of things are on the food bar?
I will be on vacation in June. My travel will
have me in the area. I might just check it out.

This is the cold side, pretty standard.



Depending on the day, it could be chicken or fish for the main meat.
Green beans, mashed potatoes, corn etc...



Maybe apple or peach cobbler on the warm isle and/or banana wafer pudding over on the cold side and the white freezer has ice cream stuff...



One of those beauty in the eyes of the beholder...

We've been here a couple times now and have enjoyed it both times...
