Will a dealer to a cat delete? If paired with a akrapovic muffler will any changes to the bikes electronic systems be necessary? Just looking to save some weight and improve rideability.

I have the cat bypass pipe paired with the stock muffler. The tone is deeper and only slightly louder. I like the sound - not overpowering. It also gave me a bit more low-end torque, but I removed my cat mainly to reduce the heat, since I have a 2013 RT.

My dealer installed mine. Some will and some wont. My dealer's only concern was that they wanted me to obtain the bypass pipe myself - they didn't want to order it. (That was my plan anyway.) If you live in one of the few states that requires catalytic converters on motorcycles, the dealer probably wouldn't do it.

Will a delar do cat delete if paired with akrapovic? That depends on the dealer. I'm sure there are some that will not depending on DMV regulations about the CAT.
You will save a total of @ 30b and the temperature will drop almost 200 degrees.
Sound will be deeper and depending on whether you remove the baffles or not louder.
No effect on electrical system.
You should experience some increased power in lower gears and improved mpg overtime.
