• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cat bypass Y pipe baffle

I just purchased the Y pipe for my 2012 RT-S from Pitbulls and it is at the bike shop waiting to install. The only baffle I can find is at Lamonsters but it is for the later models. Does anyone know where to get a baffle for my 2012.

A baffle for the V-Twin isn't really necessary - neither from a sound nor performance perspective. Was there a specific reason why you felt you needed one?

I thought, from what I saw on here, that there might be a performance problem without the baffle. I am so relieved that I shouldn't have a problem. Can I expect to improve the sound to a little beafer? More like a Harley but not like straight pipes.

I believe the performance and the mid range torque issues were limited to the 1330 only. Sound will be real nice, but I wouldn't say up to Harley standards. After all, the RPM operating range is completely different. But you'll enjoy it, and if nothing else, it will be less heat under the body work and gas tank. I'm glad you actually have a dealer that will install it. Some shy away from such things as modifying emissions components.
