Cardo KTM Edge shows as in stock, but not shipping?! Ideas?

I pre ordered the new KTM Edge and it’s supposed to be shipping now. Their web site has it “In Stock” and that tells me they have them.

Problem is they’re not shipping and any communication is not working. I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours intermittently and tried their internal support messaging.

Just curious if anyone knows if they’re having problems or affected by weather?

Cardo as they should be shipping my order on the 1st and I’m not getting any response from them.

Update: I received an email that my order shipped via 17Tracker. Then I got a response from a support inquiry telling my it was shipped via UPS. Looks like it’s coming from Italy. I think, maybe?

The KTM Edge is so new it will take longer to be able to buy from a local store. I pre ordered it in early July.

You said that it was supposed to ship on the 1st, you posted about it on the 2nd and get confirmation of shipping on the 3rd, I don't see a problem myself.
