• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Carbon Fiber Handle Bar

RT-S PE#0180
Finally got the parts back from the painter and reinstalled the handle bar. Looks so much better than the bare aluminum. Next phase is the rear drive/timming belt pulley. My painter is on vacation till after the 1st so this will take longer. With the rear pulley done, I won't have any aluminum showing on the RT.

:congrats::clap:

Thank you for posting this! How much effort is involved in removing the Handle Bar?

This will be much easier for you if you have a service manual. Biggest step is removing the "Console Module" which also includes ignition switch removal. One step left out in procedure outlined in service manual is removal of "Front Compartment Latch Assembly". Failing to remove the latch assembly will prevent lifting of console module. If you run into trouble, PM me or PM Stripperking. Stripperking helped me a lot.
Good luck.
