Car tire

Of course, he is.....!!!!

So I took the Spyder (newly acquired 2010 RTS) into the shop for the first time. The mechanic says "oh oh, you have a car tire on the rear". He then says that that thing will explode, send me over the handle bars and tear through my bike and total it! :shocked:

What say you? Is he on point with that comment?

....that's why we all have Spyders and are anxious to replace the rear tire with a car tire. !!! Some of us even replaced their FRONT tires with car tires..... Personnally, I LOVE IT.!!!! ...you can't believe the pleasure it gives until you experiment by yourself.... MAGNIFICIENT THRILL......TOTAL PLEASURE..... !!! :clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap: :banghead:

.... we saw one explode, the guy was ejected all the way over TEXAS !!!! He almost made it to the golf of mexico. Took him a week to come back home.... :yes::yes::yes::yes:

Bet you wen to the CAN AM shop on I 10 north of S.A. He told me the same thing last year. I took a car tire to Woods in San Marcus and they installed it no sweat. I am in Fredericksburg and the one on I 10 is 30 miles closer for me. I now ride to Woods. The guy that told you that said the Kenda had no steel belts in it? That':shocked:s what he told me, he has not looked at the rear tire and read the components. The front Kendas do not have steel in them (on my 2012) but the OEM rear di and wore out at 8500 miles. got 15000 on a car tire and cannot tell it is not new.!!!!

That sounds like the guy. Guess I should head to woods after this. He's just so close to me!
