Hi everybody my 2008 spyder has the engine light coming on after riding a while and the neutral & reverse symbol flashes then the E symbol come on where the Neu. should be. It has a code PO708 can anybody tell me what it is ? Thanks

No such code that I can find, but it does sound like you might have a bad GPS (Gear Position Sensor).

Thanks for the answer back. I have a book with codes in it but no such number in it.

For OBD2, that is a trans range sensor circuit fault. I'd see your dealer or replace your GPS.

scotty will that also make the bike not want to run every good ? like backfire on down shifts and when you come to a stop sign it acts like it is running on one cylinder. thanks scott s.

No, you seem to have other problems' too. Perhaps a severe communication problem? Time to get to a dealer, i'm afraid.
