• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

This morning, our parliement building in Ottawa (Canada) was attacked by 3 gumen. At this time, 1 military member is dead and 2 gunmen were shutdown by the police.

Last monday, a terrorist run over 2 military with his car in St-Jean Richelieu in Quebec.

This is very sad... Our prayers are with the family of those military for their lost one.

For those terrorists, they should know that we will never put our knees down...

I saw some reports of this a bit after 11:00 am this morning...
Prayers going out to the family of the slain officer...

I work at a gov't complex across the river in Gatineau and we are still in lockdown. I hope they get them all and give it right back to them.

Very scary. :yikes: Will have to wait to see how this all plays out, who is responsible, and if this is the start of something bad.

It's happen the same day as our CF-18 leave Bagottville AFB (Quebec) and are flying to Kuwait for joining Coalition against ISIL. Our CF-18 will be base in Kuwait for deployment over Irak. Those CF-18 are initially base in Cold Lake AFB (Alberta).

Same day... [emoji780] I think it's not a coincidence...

I think that our Politicians would call it, "Workplace Violence"... :gaah:
If it's treated like a Worker's Compensation case; they don't have to fork over the benefits that would be available, if it was considered a combat situation... :banghead:

In the news tonight, RCMP told the terrorist guy was related to ISIL.

Very sad day here up north. We lost another soldier today right here in the country.

I work at the House of Commons (parliament) and am also a Veteran, i still bleed Army Green even after 20 years, this attack, by a Canadian at that, gets me at my core value.

All my toughs are with CPL Cirilo family and especially his young son.

This was a senseless act, performed on Sacred grounds, The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

A lot of mix emotions.
