• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can someone send me an ATV?

gkamer

Sadly passed away, December '23.
So far I have a Title, Registration, License Plate and License Plate Tabs for a Can Am ATV. Problem is I don’t own a Can Am ATV. I own a Can Am Spyder RT Limited. The dealership says they have corrected the problem, but so far the only evidence I’ve seen for that claim is they sent me an extended Temp Plate for my Spyder.

If someone has a Can Am ATV they don’t want, please send it to me. I have all this legal paperwork that I’d hate to go to waste. :p

Well we're getting there. Received my Can Am Spyder registration in the mail from the dealership, along with the correct license plate. Only problem I can see is the registration now lists both my Spyder and the ATV I don't own. I guess when it comes time to renew the ATV reg, I'll just ignore it and hopefully it will go away. :)

Double check for the simple: me-myself & I. nojoke:sour:Have had a issue with DMV required affidavit confirm was all same person: where signature had 3 variants: first- last name, first -middle- last, first- middle initial- last. Apparently too simple for legal documents :banghead: least penmanship was legible:bbq:

Will that cause you to get a tax bill for the ATV. When you don't pay it they will want to repossess it. When its gone they will want you to pay it? Just wondering how government works in Washington.

Good question. I paid cash for the Spyder, so no worries about a repo, at least I hope so. I was told it might be 6-8 weeks before I get the title for my Spyder. In Washington we don't get an individual tax bill, at least on vehicles. Tax is covered at the time of purchase.

Yep, My new Washington title came back stating that my RT weighs 457 lbs. I guess the conversion from Kgs to lbs. was not on the county clerk's instructions on how to do a transfer title....not even going to try and correct it.

In Kentucky we get sales tax when you buy it and taxed ever year you own it. Licensed or not.

Correct me if I'm mistaken, but Washington state registrations fees are based on the weight of the vehicle. The less it weighs the less it costs right? Sounds like you stumbled into a sweet deal. :)

Not for motorcycles. It's a flat fee, plus the half dozen other charges they tack on.
