Can I use these Front and rear tires for 2014 RTS?

Hi folks, I have searched and keep getting confused.
2014 RTS.
Can I use a Vredestien 165-60-15 on the front?
Can I use a Vredestien 205-65-15 on the rear?

That's the sizes I am running on my 2020 RT. I have over 30,000 miles using that brand and size without any issues. In fact my speedometer is now dead on with my gps. The 14 has the same tire clearance as the 20 so you should have no issues.
