Can anyone help with Trailer harness wire color guidance?

Just installed the slingmods.com Trailer Wiring Harness for the Can-Am Spyder RT (2010-19).

The harness wire colors for the lights are:
Green - ground
Blue - right turn signal
Orange - left turn signal
Brown - running lights
Red - brake lights

Wiring a Hopkins Towing Solutions 5 flat to the end of the harness, wire colors for connector:
White - ground
Green - right turn signal
Yellow - left turn signal
Brown - park/tail
Blue - backup

I have the ground, right turn signal, and left turn signal spliced together.
Harness Green - white connector
Harness Blue - green connector
Harness Orange - yellow connector

I am unsure with the last 2 wires… can someone help?

What trailer and what does its connector look like (pictures help)?

I went to Hopkins and didn't see a "Hopkins Towing Solutions 5". Provide a link.

Which SlingMods harness did you buy -- 4-wire or 5-wire version? And there's one wire missing from your description -- Power.

There's also a history of the SM harnesses having the turn signal connections reversed (might be fixed now). Do a search.

Thanks for the help… did a process of elimination with the help of my wife and this is how the colors ended up connecting:

Harness side to Connector Side
Brown Harness wire to brown connector wire
Orange Harness to blue connector wire
Red Harness to yellow connector wire
Blue Harness to Green connector wire
Green Harness to white connector wire
