There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It's an east coast thing...
Not for me if thats where its at...6,000 miles round trip is a bit much. I ryde wherever I go and they tend to stick to the east coast anyway. Should be great for those who can make it after all it will be in their home town. Maybe someone will take a picture....:roflblack:

Well at least thinking about it!!! Received the same survey: Tentative dates June 2-4, 2017 before Americade. Location Valcourt, Quebec, Canada. Survey is wanting input as to my level of interest in events, rydes, housing...giving BRP information to create the event. NICE that they ask for what we want. Definitely will be a "want to attend" for me. Plus can go to Americade...a twofer :yes::yes::yes:

I got the email also, I filled it out.
It said a speak of the 2018 spyder models, tour of the spyder production line, if I needed an extra day of traveling, ask about participation on guided tour rides, places to stay( 1 star to 5 star hotels, campgrounds, rental house,) tech seminars, Food, causal dinner, :bbq: formal dinner, etc. For me it would be across the boarder from Vermont, and I could stop in Lake George, New York for Americade on my home. Valcourt is the place to have it. It is their corporate headquarters and tenth anniversary. It would be nice to visit the assembly area. I'm sure there are many places to visit in the area. I haven't been in the area for twenty years. Would be a good time to visit family I haven't seen in 20 plus years. Only a year and eight months to think about it.:gaah:

I also got kicked out of the survey. I answered the first question--Do I plan on attending....with a no. Guess I should have checked maybe so I could continue on and get a feel for the questions.

I completed the survey this morning, too. Besides Americade, some of us were talking about touring the Maritime Provinces in conjunction with that event. Is that still on?
