• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

can am spyder rt speakers?

Hi All have a question dose bose make speakers for the RT? :coffee:who has upgrated....

Normally I see BOSE car audio as original equipment supplied option. It may exist but I have not seen BOSE automotive sold as aftermarket items.

There have been several folks here that have done speaker upgrades. We are running JBLs. Other have tried other brands, each with their own successes.

I hate to do this but you may need to search a bit.

Are you planning to accomplish the swap yourself or have it done by a shop. The front speaker swap is not too bad. There rear swap is more involved but not impossible. Some installs have used no adapter rings to fill the speaker size difference and others, myself included have taken more time and fabricated spacer rings to better seal the gap around the speakers.

Speakers are a good upgrade, but you might try an IPod first to verify the sound quality. IPod vs oem BRP radio, the radio is pretty bad for sound quality.

All the best with it. You may be hitting the auto junkyards in search of BOSE speakers.
