Can Am Sirius XM radio issues

I own a 2015 Can Am RTS and have issues with the bike’s radio….. both terrestrial and Sirius XM working via Bluetooth. When I activate the Bluetooth and the radio plays via my helmet Bluetooth speakers. But……. the radio also continues to play via the bikes speakers. At this point neither the bike’s speakers nor helmet speakers play music at a volume level that allows for usage. It’s as if the helmet and speakers only play at 50% volume.

I had both the Bluetooth and Sirius installed by an authorized BRP dealer who was also a Sena Bluetooth authorized dealer.

Anyone else had this issue and have suggestion to solve it?

This is driving me to distraction…Appreciate any advice…

You can turn off your bikes speakers by using your mode button. Look in your manual for the specifics.
