There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Can Am Caliber jacket

Who owns one and what do you think of them. I have Caliber pants and am considering buying one to match. Thanks

I have one and like it, but I've never had a motorcycle jacket before to compare it to. :dontknow:

I like that you can easily remove the lining too.

I don't HAVE one... But they don't seem to be as useful in high heat conditions as the mesh series...
I guess that a lot will depend on the climate you encounter when riding...
There was JUST one in the 4 Sale section for $150.00 I don't know if it sold...(Size was "Large")

If I get it I will have 3 sets of gear for both my wife and I. One leather (Can Am pants and no name jacket), one mesh( First Gear) and the Caliber for in between. I also have the Can Am rain pants and they work well as a cover over shorts but do not provide much crash protection. I like to be prepared for all weather conditions. I have a Frog Tog set too. Caliber would be used for 60-80 deg weather and mesh above that. In total (if I buy the jackets for my wife and I) I would have under $600 invested for all 3  The ones I am looking at are $159 each and will be the most expensive part of the sets. I have been value shopping. :ohyea:

The Caliber Is RPM water proof too although it has a disclaimer " rain gear may be needed in heavier rain" probably because of some of the stretchable parts. That is why I am asking about user experiences.

Don't know about caliber but the Cavalier is great

I read your posts earlier on that one which is one reason I am looking at forking out the $$$ for 50% off deal on these jackets. Still more than I want to pay and I missed a 75% off deal.

I have both Caliber Jacket & Pants. Like them and use year around cold to hot. the only thing i don't care for is the neck rubs when snapped tight.

Do they have a good deal on the Caliber now? I liked the ladies Caliber except for the white sleeves and the fact that it wasn't 100% waterproof. My dealer may still have some of the Cavalier's on sale if you are interested PM me.

The Cavalier collar rubs a little too in the front.

I have one that I bought in late summer and it can be a little warm in the sun, even with the vents open. Although, it does look good! I carry my Frogg Toggs on board all the time so when it rains, I just put my jacket on.

I've worn it a couple of times this winter and I can tell you it's not designed for the very cold, even with the liner in and a few extra layers. But that's ok, three seasons works for me.

And just like Happyspyder said, the collar rubs a little when it's snapped.

I only have the jacket, not the pants.

I have ridden down ot 0 degrees or colder with no problem. Both fit to size if measured correctly unlike the can am shirts that I had to go up one size from normal. Pants are comfortable I could were all day & don't seem stiff to me
